Lipton makes a vanilla caramel tea that will give you that “sweet” and “nutty” taste similar to a regular coffee, only without all the calories.  Also tea is excellent for raising your metabolism, in general, and contains healthy anti-oxidants.</p>
<p>3) Have a fried egg for breakfast.  Having protein early in the day helps to get the system warming, and will curb hunger pangs in the late morning.  Eggs do not take long to fry, and if you plan ahead slightly you can fry a few on the weekend, save them in Tupperware, and reheat in the microwave for breakfast.</p>
<p>4) Try not to eat processed foods.  If you have to have that starch then make it a baked potato, turnip, or some other tuber.  Pasta, while extremely tasty is not kind to the waistline.</p>

If you like your dressing a little sweet add dried cranberries or a teaspoon of cane sugar.</p>
<p>6) Eat nuts as your “snack”.  Not only are they chock full of protein, but also the oil and salt satisfies many a daytime craving.</p>
